Free Worldwide Shipping
We ship free to every country except Brazil. Just enter your address at checkout, and if your country is supported you'll see free shipping before you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days after your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and customs checks, remote areas, severe weather or peak holiday volume can occasionally cause delays.
Order Tracking
Within 1 day of shipping, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your lights all the way to your door. You can also check your order anytime on our Track My Order page. Please allow a day or two for tracking details to update after the email arrives.
