How to Return in 3 Easy Steps
1. Email gleamvoya@outlook.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. 2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. 3. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and confirm your refund within 3 business days. Please contact us before sending anything back, as parcels sent without a return request may not be processed.
Change of Mind Returns
Items should be returned unused, in their original gift box, with all included accessories. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Item? We'll Make It Right.
If a light arrives damaged, doesn't work properly or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to send the item back.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually arrive within 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping addresses can't be changed after an order is placed. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.
